Research is increasingly showing the critical role that nutrition plays in overall wellbeing, and how healthy eating can positively affect people’s physical and mental health not just on a day-to-day basis, but also long-term, by potentially preventing chronic diseases.
For over a decade, I have worked together with people interested in maintaining or improving their health through nutrition. Most of my clients are busy people; they work full-time jobs and have families. Therefore, I see it as my mission to help make healthy eating easy and intuitive!
Of course I also look at different nutrient supplements, because not all of the nutrients we need, we can easily get from our food. Many people are deficient in vitamin D or B12 or in iron and magnesium for example. For this reason, I was interested to try the HEALTH BOOSTS.
After several weeks of taking both the BODY and BRAIN BOOST, I can say I am convinced! They help me get my daily ration of vitamins and minerals and they taste great!
The BODY BOOST has a mix of blackcurrant, beetroot, kiwi and green (wheatgrass, barley and broccoli) powders, as well as the antioxidant Enzogenol, and an important mix of micronutrients (vitamin B, C, D, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc and selenium).
The BRAIN BOOST contains everything very good for the brain (also blackcurrant and beetroot powder), plant-derived Omega 3, Enzogenol and B2, B6 and B12 vitamins as well as iron.
I use both boosts, the BODY BOOST most days and the BRAIN BOOST a few days a week.
What I like about these products is not just that they give me my daily ration of vitamins and minerals, they actually help ‚boost‘ my energy level, and they can easily be added to my daily smoothie or be added to water or juice and just drank as a shot.
