Organic Wheatgrass & Barley grass
Is Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant
The abundance of vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll and amino acids in these grasses make them great antioxidants. One of the most interesting things about chlorophyll, found in abundance in both wheat and barley grass, is how it increases the production of hemoglobin, carrying more oxygen to the cells.
Both grasses have an anti-inflammatory effect, which has been shown to help patients with gut health, including inflammatory diseases, such as ulcerative colitis.
Early in vitro studies suggest, that wheatgrass could also play a role in preventing some cancers, and when used for patients with cancer, wheatgrass may boost the effectiveness of some chemotherapies, whilst reducing its adverse effects.
Both grasses have an anti-inflammatory effect, which has been shown to help patients with gut health, including inflammatory diseases, such as ulcerative colitis.
